Information we collect
When you submit a booking or quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service location, and any message you send us. If you call or text us, we retain that contact information to follow up on your appointment.
How we use your information
We use it to schedule appointments, confirm arrival windows, quote services, process payment, and follow up on completed work. We may occasionally send maintenance reminders; you can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking us directly.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent customer information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example payment processing and scheduling tools — and only to the extent needed to deliver your detail.
Photos
We sometimes photograph completed work for our gallery. Photos never include license plates, home addresses, or personal items. Tell us before your appointment if you'd prefer your vehicle not be photographed.
