Do you bring your own water?

Yes. Every mobile detailing appointment across San Francisco and the Peninsula is fully self-contained. We carry our own filtered water supply, so we can detail in apartment lots, office garages, and driveways where no spigot is available. If you'd prefer we use your hose, that's fine too.

Do you bring your own power?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run a quiet onboard power system for vacuums, extractors, steamers, and polishers, so we never need to plug into your home or building. That also means we can work in parking structures and commercial lots without any coordination on your end.

Do I need to be home during the detail?

Accepted Answer

No. Many customers leave the keys and go to work. All we need is access to the vehicle and a legal place to park alongside it. We'll text you when we arrive, send photos when we're finished, and take payment remotely if you're not on site.

Can you detail at an apartment or condo building?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. A large share of our San Francisco and Peninsula mobile detailing happens in apartment and condo parking. Because we bring water and power, all we need is one standard parking stall with a little room to move around the vehicle. If your building requires vendor notice, let us know when you book.

Can you remove stains from seats and carpets?

Most of them, yes. We use hot water extraction and steam to lift coffee, food, mud, and general traffic-lane soiling out of fabric. Older set-in stains, dye transfer, ink, and bleach damage may only improve rather than disappear — we'll tell you honestly what to expect before we start rather than promising a miracle.

Do you offer ceramic coatings?

We offer ceramic spray protection as part of the Signature Detail and as a standalone add-on. It gives strong hydrophobic performance and lasts several months, which suits Bay Area fog and salt air well. Can you remove pet hair?

Yes. Pet hair removal is one of our most requested add-ons. We use rubber extraction tools, specialized brushes, and high-suction vacuuming to pull embedded hair out of carpet and upholstery fibers. Heavy cases add time to the appointment, so mention it when booking so we can schedule accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Payment is collected after the detail is complete and you're satisfied with the result. Business and fleet customers can be invoiced on standard terms.

What happens if it rains on my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Light drizzle usually isn't a problem, especially with covered or garage parking. For steady rain we'll contact you the morning of your appointment and reschedule at no charge to the next available slot. We'd rather move the appointment than deliver a compromised finish.

How far in advance should I schedule?

Two to four days is typical for weekday appointments, and weekends fill faster — a week ahead is safer. Same-day and next-day slots do open up, so it's always worth calling (623) 300-4726 if you need something quickly.

Yes. Monthly and bi-weekly maintenance plans keep protection topped up and cost less per visit than one-off details. They're popular with commuters, families, and small fleets across the Peninsula because the car never falls far enough behind to need a full correction again.

Is engine bay cleaning safe for my vehicle?

Accepted Answer

It is when it's done correctly. We cover sensitive electronics, use low-pressure rinsing and dedicated degreasers rather than blasting water into the bay, and finish with a non-greasy dressing on plastics and hoses. Engine bay detailing is included in the Signature Detail and available as an add-on.

What is interior shampooing and does my car need it?

Interior shampooing means agitating cleaner into fabric seats and carpet, then extracting the soil and moisture with a hot water extractor. If your carpets look dark in the footwells, your seats have visible traffic marks, or the cabin smells stale, shampooing will make a bigger difference than any other single service.
